Who Are We?
We are a contracted supplier to Leicester City Council for both domiciliary care and complex care.
We are continuously growing month by month into one of the largest suppliers of home care in the Leicestershire and Loughborough area.
Bluewood Healthcare are looking to expand our team with drivers in Leicester and Loughborough.
Those who use our service require anything from 12-hour day shifts to half hour/hour calls to support them with living at home and completing daily living tasks.
We are looking for bubbly individuals who are willing to work flexible hours between Monday and Sunday. You will have set hours which will be guaranteed every week which will be arranged between you and your assigned care co-ordinator / Manager.
Previous care experience is desired but not required to be considered for this role.
Care duties to include the provision of all aspects of care, and management of others to include supervisions, spot checks, appraisals and client reviews.
You will be required to have a DBS Check carried out prior to starting work
Being a car driver is advantageous but not essential
Competitive rates of pay – £11.44 per hour.

Support worker in the local community to offer support and promote independence to our service users who have a variety of needs. These needs could include personal care but not necessarily for everybody, they could also include domestic tasks, social inclusion and companionship. Good recordkeeping and previous experience is required.
